What happens if there is damage or theft during a guest’s stay?

Additionally, our housekeeping team is trained to spot any obvious or substantial damage during cleaning and immediately notifies our Account Management team. Each issue is handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on its severity. While we take every precaution, we advise property owners to expect some light wear and tear and recommend exploring short-term rental insurance options (we can assist with this). We also recommend securing valuable items by locking them away to ensure their protection.
What fees do you charge for your management services?
We offer both percentage-based and fixed-fee pricing models for our management services, tailored to the type of property, its revenue potential, and the number of properties being managed. Management fees are customized and agreed upon with each host individually. Share the details of your property with us, and we’ll provide a personalized quote.
